Veterinary Receptionist

The Veterinary Receptionist role is onsite in Old Chatham, NY, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. The position supports the front office at Wood Hill Veterinary Clinic, an EverVet Partner, serving pets and their owners. The receptionist manages client-facing and administrative work that helps the clinic coordinate appointments, payments, records, and communications while supporting smooth daily operations.

What you'll do

• Greet clients and manage the waiting room and client concerns
• prepare invoices and estimates, take payments, and print receipts
• manage appointment requests and text reminders
• take phone messages
• enter client and patient information and scan documents into histories
• explain CareCredit
• support accounting, prescription calls, medical record entries, inventory, ordering, and clinic-area maintenance.
