HVAC Foreman

The HVAC Foreman role is onsite in Belgrade, MT. Compensation is $42–$49 per hour. The foreman leads HVAC crews and coordinates project work for Williams. The role combines crew leadership with hands-on installation and troubleshooting to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Coordinating materials, labor, and other trades while tracking progress supports timely, quality HVAC project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead an HVAC crew and support safe, efficient job progress
• read plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
• work hands-on installing, troubleshooting, and completing HVAC systems
• coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
• train apprentices and uphold safety and quality standards
• track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation.
