The Infant / Toddler Educator role is onsite in Boston, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The educator supports Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción’s early education program, part of an organization serving Boston’s Puerto Rican and Latino-identified community through education and other programs. The role exists to support infants’ and toddlers’ physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development through bilingual curriculum, daily care routines, and developmentally appropriate activities. What you'll do

• Guide infants and toddlers through bilingual educational and developmental curriculum
• plan and provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• assess and document children’s progress and daily activities
• communicate with parents and conduct conferences
• maintain safe, sanitary routines
• follow applicable education standards and maintain compliance records.

Why this role
