Special Education Teacher (K-9)

The Special Education Teacher is an onsite role located in Auburn, NE. The starting salary is $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience, plus a $10,000 relocation bonus, supporting the new Aero Academy program. This role exists to lead the instructional process for students in grades K-9 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and fosters an inclusive classroom environment to empower students with diverse learning needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement IEPs, deliver differentiated instruction, manage classroom behavior using PBIS strategies, track and document student progress, collaborate with parents and administrators, adapt curriculum to diverse learning styles, and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
