The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Northside, 5–9 p.m. role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. This role provides individualized in-home and community support, helping people with daily living activities while respecting their dignity, privacy, and choices. Following support plans and documenting progress helps maintain safe, consistent care.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• follow Individualized Support Plans and document services and progress
• prepare meals according to dietary plans and help with household tasks
• administer medications after required training and authorization
• monitor and report health or safety changes
• transport individuals to appointments and community activities according to support plans
• follow approved behavioral support plans
• communicate with supervisors, authorized family members, and healthcare professionals
• maintain confidential records.

Why this role
