What you'll do
- Assist with bathing, grooming, clothing, and mouth and personal care
- assist with feeding and record food intake
- make beds and handle linens appropriately
- monitor resident skin and report concerns
- support ambulation, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and positioning
- take vital signs
- collect and test urine specimens and report results to nurses
- answer call bells, make rounds, and support resident safety
- follow assignments and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
