Residential Affordable Housing Compliance Manager

Residential Affordable Housing Compliance Manager is an onsite role in Fort Pierce, FL, paying $22–$25 per hour. Pratum Companies manages affordable housing compliance for residential properties. What you'll do

• Review household certifications
• schedule resident recertification interviews and apartment inspections
• coordinate on-site data collection and resident information processing
• maintain waiting lists and resident files
• verify income, assets, rent levels, and utility allowances
• train personnel on certifications and recertifications
• review move-in certifications and annual recertifications
• monitor overdue recertifications
• assist with year-end status reports and electronic reporting
• support office administration, rent collection, resident activities, and leasing tasks.
