What you'll do

• Monitor pools and water attractions
• enforce pool and water park rules
• respond to emergencies and perform water rescues
• administer first aid and CPR when necessary
• assist guests and answer questions
• participate in required training, safety drills, and certification programs
• maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are preferred but not required; paid training and certification are provided before starting. Must be at least 18, hold a valid Florida driver's license, and be available weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
