What you'll do

• Provide nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues
• address patients’ physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs
• coordinate care, health teaching, and promotion
• maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
• apply care-management principles to coordinate services
• identify clinical priorities and initiate actions to improve outcomes
• participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development.
