Forward Deployed Product Manager — AI Customer Experience

The Forward Deployed Product Manager — AI Customer Experience role is hybrid, based in San Mateo, CA, with a minimum of three office days per week and frequent travel, sometimes on short notice. The stated salary range is $140,000–$175,000 per year. Sendbird, which rebranded to Delight.ai, is building an AI concierge for customer experience. The role owns the deployment lifecycle for the AI Agent platform, from customer pilot through production, and turns field learning into product direction. By connecting customers, product, engineering, and customer success, the manager helps deploy AI agents, demonstrate business outcomes, and improve future deployments and the product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows and design and deploy AI agents
• manage scoping, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch iteration
• translate field insights into prioritized product and engineering feedback
• build and refine deployment playbooks and tools
• connect customer success, engineering, and product
• identify product gaps and opportunities across deployments
• co-own deployment outcomes with customers.
