The role contributes to an elevated guest experience by serving meals and drinks, maintaining service areas, and supporting restaurant setup and close. Staff coordinate with the wider team to provide attentive service to restaurant guests and event groups.

What you'll do

• Take food and drink orders and serve guests
• collect drinks from the dispense bar
• monitor and rotate stock
• keep service areas clean and presentable
• clear tables and wipe menus and surfaces
• assist with setup, cutlery, and menus
• help close and deep-clean restaurant and bar service areas
• complete training and assist with onboarding newer team members.
