Housing Outreach Liaison

What you'll do

• Use Housing First, harm reduction, and other low-barrier service models
• attend local Continuum of Care meetings
• conduct outreach to people in housing crisis or experiencing homelessness
• refer and transport individuals to initial service appointments as needed
• recruit landlords and follow up on referrals
• assist with housing stability and SOAR
• support tenants considering other permanent housing
• provide training to agency staff and community stakeholders
• track and submit required information.
