What you'll do

• Set up, monitor, and wean oxygen therapy and artificial ventilation
• draw, analyze, and report arterial blood gases and EKGs
• deliver intermittent therapy and assist with artificial airway changes
• perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
• document clinical information
• educate patients and coworkers
• adapt care and communication to patient needs.
