• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, flooring, roof, fence, furniture, and parking-area repairs
• complete preventive maintenance
• operate maintenance tools and equipment
• deliver and handle supplies
• and maintain inventory and work-order records. The stated schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.
