The Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist role is an onsite, full-time position in Wethersfield, CT. Compensation is not specified. Working one-to-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst clinician, the therapist implements individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. The role contributes to children’s safety and progress through direct treatment and applied behavior analysis therapy.

What you'll do

• Provide direct treatment and applied behavior analysis therapy
• work one-to-one with children
• implement clinician-designed treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
• use appropriate safety management after training
• engage with children through activities that may involve crouching, crawling, standing, and floor-level interaction.
