What you'll do

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment
• oversee and participate in preventive maintenance
• train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate engineering staff
• manage payroll submissions and budgeted expenses
• coordinate fire-safety inspections
• handle guestroom maintenance requests
• respond to alarms
• maintain pool and spa compliance
• serve as emergency contact and participate in scheduled manager-on-duty coverage.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Supervisory experience and five years of progressive hotel or related experience are required, or qualifying college education and related experience.
