What you'll do

• Conduct initial calls with prospective agents
• generate inbound and outbound leads
• contact candidates by phone, text, and email
• explain the brokerage’s value proposition
• schedule recruitment appointments
• manage candidate follow-ups
• maintain recruitment activity in the CRM
• support Growth department administration.
