Employment Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide vocational support and supervision
• assess skills and develop service plans as applicable
• identify community employment opportunities and match individuals with employers
• train individuals and employers in communication, accommodations, and workplace supports
• provide on-site job training and coaching
• coordinate with families, residential supports, and other team members
• document billable hours and communicate progress.
