What you'll do

• Manage, train, and direct the in-house marketing team, including hiring, performance reviews, motivation, and discipline when necessary. Maintain site marketing conversion standards
• resolve tour status, booking, and coding issues
• manage supplies and tour records
• prepare daily and weekly reports
• coordinate tour availability and flow with sales management
• communicate marketing information and program changes
• submit employee payroll.
