Copier Service Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and HP digital copiers, fax machines, and printers
• install printers, copiers, scanners, and copier software
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• service the assigned territory
• demonstrate laptop printing connections
• prepare reports
• maintain inventory, parts, tools, and support equipment
• coordinate service activities with dispatch, field personnel, management, sales staff, and customers.
