What you'll do

• Oversee site planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• hire, train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel
• coordinate outside plant construction and fiber splicing
• manage contract resources
• coordinate field surveys
• lead troubleshooting and restoration
• meet quality and budget standards
• manage contractor and vendor relationships
• maintain project documentation
• and communicate project status. The role includes on-call management, varied hours, evenings, weekends, and travel up to approximately 50% as needed.
