What you'll do

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff and mental health technicians
• manage schedules and 24/7 coverage
• provide clinical oversight and nursing care
• conduct unit rounds and participate in shift reports
• monitor documentation and medication records
• oversee medication handling and compliance
• lead incident reviews and quality improvement
• maintain regulatory readiness
• participate in on-call crisis responses and provide on-site coverage when staffing gaps cannot be filled.
