What you'll do

• Serve as a CDC compliance liaison
• advise school leaders on health programs, tests, examinations, and immunization programs
• maintain and audit student health records
• conduct mandated screenings and referrals
• interpret health needs for students, parents, and teachers
• coordinate Section 504, Individual Health, and Emergency Care plans
• communicate with families
• provide health-related training
• manage acute and chronic conditions for select students
• prepare annual reports and complete the SHARRS report
• maintain confidentiality and participate in professional development.
