What you'll do

• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory for raw materials, packaging, film, condiments, and finished goods
• enter and maintain data in PRMS
• follow documentation procedures
• research and explain inventory variances
• report Peco Inventory
• maintain review-ready files
• communicate with production, scheduling, purchasing, transportation, customer service, and logistics
• follow food-safety training and policies.
