Rental Subsidy Specialist

The Rental Subsidy Specialist role is onsite in Towson, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $23–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Interview families and gather required documents
• calculate income, assets, expenses, rent, and housing assistance payments under applicable regulations
• determine violations and process denials or terminations
• brief families on program requirements
• conduct rent reasonableness reviews and negotiations
• prepare leases and related documents
• maintain landlord contact, program records, and status reports
• issue payment requests and respond to inquiries.
