Restoration/Mitigation Technician

The Restoration/Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Compensation is $45,000–$62,000 per year. The position supports Rytech Restoration’s water-damage mitigation and remediation services. The technician handles mitigation and remediation assignments and coordinates with customers, insurance personnel, and the operations manager to complete service work safely and keep assignment records current.

What you'll do

• Service mitigation and remediation assignments
• communicate with the Operations Manager, customers, insurance personnel, and team members
• maintain the company-issued vehicle and equipment
• update files in the MICA app
• follow safety protocols and use proper PPE
• read mold-remediation estimates
• participate in the on-call rotation and be available 24/7 while on rotation.
