The dishwasher keeps clean tools, equipment, and workspaces available to support bakery and café production. The role contributes to daily operations by maintaining sanitation, replenishing supplies, and assisting bakery and café team members with cleaning and operational support.

What you'll do

• Maintain a flow of clean bakeware, cookware, sheet pans, utensils, and café serviceware
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• clean and sanitize bakery equipment, workstations, shelving, sinks, floors, racks, and utility areas
• empty trash, recycling, and compost
• restock cleaning supplies
• support opening, closing, deep cleaning, and general bakery and café operations. Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be needed based on business needs.
