What you'll do
- Prepare and operate the dishwashing machine
- wash pots, pans, utensils, dishes, china, glassware, and silverware
- return cleaned items to designated areas
- record wash and rinse temperatures, food waste, and broken items
- clean the machine
- dispose of garbage and cardboard
- mop kitchen and dish-room floors
- assist with food preparation and room-service trays as directed.
