The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day, Evening, and Overnight position is onsite in Grayville, IL. Pay is $18.50–$25 per hour. The role assists with personal care, mobility, meals, and hydration; records vital signs and care observations; and follows infection-prevention and resident-care guidelines.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• support meals, hydration, and comfort
• monitor and record vital signs
• report concerns to nursing staff
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-prevention guidelines and document care.
