It works with attorneys, inventors, and clients to assess patentability, conduct technical research, and advance U.S. and international patent matters.

What you'll do

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
• draft specifications, claims, and related documents
• develop prosecution strategies
• analyze patentability and assist with prior-art and technical research
• communicate technical concepts in patent documents
• work with attorneys, inventors, and clients
• and assist with Office Action responses and other prosecution matters.

Why this role

Requires two or more years of patent prosecution experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, or a closely related field. Technical or patent experience in wireless telecommunications standards, signal processing, or computer networking is required; Patent Bar registration or admission is preferred for Patent Agent candidates.
