What you'll do

• Install, upgrade, and replace residential HVAC systems
• cut, thread, and connect copper or PVC pipes and handle high- and low-voltage wiring
• train and mentor Install Helpers
• communicate with homeowners and address issues
• maintain tools, parts, and vehicle organization
• work safely at heights and in tight spaces
• and follow appliance, occupational safety, and service standards. Requires 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license with at least three years of experience, and valid EPA certification.
