Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is an onsite role in Honolulu, HI, in the Kakaako area. Compensation is $22 per hour. The technician supports maintenance of the company’s rental properties. Working under a Resident Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, the technician completes repairs and preventive maintenance, prepares units for occupancy, and responds to assigned resident work orders. The work helps keep properties safe, functional, and ready for residents and leasing.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain locks, doors, windows, flooring, walls, electrical fixtures, plumbing, appliances, smoke alarms, and air-conditioning components
• complete assigned resident work orders within 24 hours
• conduct annual unit inspections
• prepare units for turnover within five days
• paint and touch up areas as scheduled
• maintain supplies, tools, and equipment
• attend required training and meetings
• follow safety and customer-service practices
• assist at other properties as requested.

Why this role
