What you'll do

• Enter, update, and maintain customer information and service records
• collaborate with customer service representatives to resolve data issues
• monitor and verify order-processing data
• generate reports on service metrics and data quality
• maintain quote and sketch files
• coordinate with Sales, Estimating, and Engineering to set up model numbers, obtain sketches, and calculate pricing
• identify data trends and anomalies to support process improvements.
