The Assistant General Manager — Restaurant Operations role is a full-time, onsite position in Beverly Hills, California. Pay is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports SBE Restaurant Group’s restaurant, lounge, and nightlife operations and its focus on hospitality and guest experiences. As second-in-command to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager helps lead daily operations, service standards, team performance, and financial results. The role develops employees, monitors operating metrics and costs, and assumes responsibility for operations when the General Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• lead and support managers, supervisors, and hourly employees
• maintain food, beverage, cleanliness, safety, and guest-service standards
• manage floor operations and service recovery
• assist with labor, scheduling, staffing, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• monitor costs and performance metrics
• recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• support compliance and operational initiatives
• lead operations in the General Manager’s absence.
