What you'll do

• Greet members and guests professionally
• scan membership IDs at entry
• answer phones
• respond to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies
• update member accounts as needed
• maintain an orderly and clean work area
• tour members
• provide customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• assist other departments with related tasks
• work opening, closing, or midday shifts.
