Outpatient Office Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily office operations and customer service
• supervise the Administrative Assistant and front-desk coverage
• verify funding sources, insurance eligibility, and copays
• help families without insurance find alternative funding
• manage admissions and pre-admit processes in the EHR
• support client visit flow
• maintain records and secure charts
• manage petty cash and weekly reporting
• resolve front-office concerns.
