What you'll do
- Determine education needs and develop instruction and evaluation using needs analyses
- plan, research, develop, evaluate, and revise resident and distributed learning curricula
- develop and review lesson plans, learning objectives, course content, tests, rubrics, and educational products
- supervise teams handling curriculum changes
- review evaluation data and critiques
- contribute to short- and long-range educational plans
- attend private-sector symposiums and training events to learn and apply best practices.
