What you'll do

• Answer and direct telephone inquiries
• maintain confidential personnel files
• assist with employment and labor relations documents and staffing
• maintain eligible student records when applicable
• enter weekly cash sales and meal counts
• reconcile deposits and vendor statements
• process invoices
• prepare monthly state claims and financial reports
• attend required meetings
• maintain a clean and safe work environment.
