What you'll do

• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols, including parking areas and common spaces
• maintain a visible security presence
• monitor building access and prevent unauthorized entry during off-hours
• monitor contractor access and maintain entry and exit logs
• observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or policy violations
• respond professionally to resident, guest, and client concerns
• complete incident and daily activity reports
• communicate with supervisors and management
• follow company policies, client procedures, and post orders.
