Compensation is $99,000–$118,000 per year, plus a performance bonus that may bring total compensation above $155,000. MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs through its Bay Area Learning Center. The director leads clinical, operational, and financial performance at the center, supporting quality ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role develops clinical leaders and staff, strengthens community and family relationships, and guides responsible business growth.
