What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
• draft and respond to discovery and dispositive motions
• conduct legal research
• prepare for and take depositions
• review client documents and prepare case evaluations and status reports
• participate in mediations and court appearances
• communicate with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff.
