Overnight Manager, Short-Term Housing Program

What you'll do

• Maintain professional client relationships and confidentiality
• follow health, safety, security, and privacy procedures
• maintain client records and reports
• ensure staffing and supervisory coverage
• manage emergencies and crises
• coordinate facility operations, rounds, programming, and client care
• address complaints and conflicts
• monitor client safety
• prepare staff appraisals and review timesheets
• provide direct service responsibilities when staffing is inadequate.
