What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by chat, phone, and email
• manage the customer service mailbox
• coordinate with Sales
• close quotes and opportunities based on purchase orders
• accept purchase orders and enter orders in the IFS ERP system
• assist with backlog and shipment reports
• communicate shipping and tracking information
• coordinate scheduling changes
• and resolve customer service issues.
