Zipline and B-Rail Operator

Job overview

The Zipline and B-Rail Operator role is onsite in Lake Arrowhead, CA, and compensation is $17.50–$18 per hour. The seasonal position reports to the Outdoor Adventure Supervisor and Manager and supports the Zipline and B-Rail aerial biking attractions. The operator helps provide a safe and welcoming visitor experience by inspecting equipment, explaining activity guidelines, monitoring guests, and following attraction safety procedures. Required in-house training covers supervised operation, rescue and belay training, operations manuals, and written knowledge exams.

What you'll do

• Determine guest access eligibility
• inspect equipment and structures
• document attraction operations
• monitor guests and enforce safety rules
• remain prepared to belay participants while on zipline duty
• assist with opening, closing, equipment storage, cleaning, and maintenance
• report gear or safety concerns
• support instruction and technical equipment use as needed
• attend mandatory staff meetings and complete required training.

Why this role
