What you'll do

• Develop scalable electrical system designs and standardize drawings, bills of materials, and component libraries
• lead power distribution, control panel, safety circuit, and PLC integration design
• conduct technical reviews and ensure standards compliance
• troubleshoot issues and direct installation partners
• oversee installation and commissioning
• maintain engineering documentation
• mentor junior engineers
• coordinate with controls engineers, project managers, vendors, and installation teams
• evaluate technologies and lead prototypes and process improvements.
