What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain plant machinery
• work with production employees, Quality Assurance, and maintenance technicians to improve output, efficiency, quality, and safety
• use process-improvement techniques
• read blueprints and technical manuals
• assist with equipment and mold changes
• use the preventive maintenance program
• monitor processes, raw materials, and finished products
• clean and care for equipment
• document maintenance and production data
• follow safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
