What you'll do

• Manage the People & Culture compliance calendar
• maintain policy and handbook governance
• monitor regulatory changes and translate them into policies, processes, and training
• oversee benefits and retirement compliance, filings, audits, disclosures, and HIPAA governance
• support leave, accommodations, privacy, vendor oversight, global governance, and transaction due diligence
• brief leadership on compliance status and risks.
