What you'll do

• Process Treasury Management services including ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, mobile and online banking, eAlerts, and bill payment
• maintain customer services and required documentation
• review operational reports and activity for exceptions
• respond to customer and employee inquiries and research issues
• escalate complex issues
• follow procedures, regulations, policies, and controls
• identify process and service improvements
• archive documents and assist with audits, regulatory examinations, customer preparation, and department projects.
