Line Cook

Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in Dunedin, FL, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. The Honu is a contemporary eatery and Hawaiian-style tiki bar serving island-style dishes and a separate weekly menu for its private rum bar. The cook prepares and cooks menu items while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and accurate execution during busy service. The role supports the kitchen team by learning the menus and specials, following chef direction for recipes and plating, and communicating and assisting coworkers.
