What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care, including telephone triage, patient education, workload messages, and occasional patient rooming as backup
• manage schedules, timesheets, and leave approvals
• oversee staff training, hiring, orientation, evaluations, and employee concerns
• facilitate team meetings and huddles
• manage supply and vaccine orders and clinic purchase and maintenance requests
• support team building, communication, and compliance
• monitor staffing, daily performance, and work quality
• assist with audits, inspections, and surveys.
